3. Product Descriptions

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product images and descriptions. However, Shopshaq does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to verify information, limit order quantities, or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 14 business days.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Shopshaq is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen "force majeure" events.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Perishable or personalized goods are exempt from being returned. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
